We were told the part needed isn’t available then my kids’ mother was able to find it on two different sites as available. She texted the tech he confirmed it was the correct part number then stopped responding. I feel like we were just conned out of $90.

I had a 1-year-old Maytag washer break (door). Maytag gave me a royal run around. Since I wasn't getting anywhere, I decided to go the local repair route. From the first call to them to the completed repair it has been PERFECT. Timely, well trained, etc. I would recommend this company to anybody needing help.

Tony quickly diagnosed the problem with my in wall oven and replaced the defective part but in the process the decorative molding which was not properly installed came loose. Tony spent at least an extra 45 minutes securing it back in place. Thanks Tony for the excellent customer support.

CONCERN: Customer reports washer is not working properly. CAUSE: Found washer suspension rods have failed. CORRECTION: Replaced washer suspension rods and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not getting cold. CAUSE: Found compressor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced compressor and receiver dryer, evacuated system and recharged with freon. Operation now normal. New ice maker per customer request, cost is part only.
CONCERN: Customer reports washer is not spinning clothes dry enough. CAUSE: Found washer belt saturated in the oils from the motor over time. CORRECTION: Cleaned belt and pulleys and tested, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports washer is leaking. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply to the washer for apparent leaks, no leaks from water supply to washer. Inspected washer water valve for leaks, no leaks at the washer water valve. Inspected washer dispenser and dispenser supply hoses for leaks, no leaks at this time. Inspected washer door boot, found washer door boot seal torn. CORRECTION: Replaced washer door boot seal and checked for leaks. Operation now normal, no leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports washer is leaking. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply to the washer for apparent leaks, no leaks from water supply to washer. Inspected washer water valve for leaks, no leaks at the washer water valve. Inspected
CONCERN: Customer reports washer is leaking. CAUSE: Found washer door boot drain holes clogged with debris causing water to over flow the boot and leak out. CORRECTION: Cleared door boot drain holes and tested, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports washer does not stop bringing in water. CAUSE: Found washer water valve has failed and hot water line is all corroded. CORRECTION: Replaced washer water valve and hot water line and tested, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports that the washer is stuck on draining. CAUSE: Found washer drain coin trap clogged with lots of soap and debris. CORRECTION: Removed drain coin trap to clear debris and soap and re-installed, check for leaks and tested, Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator leaking water. CAUSE: Found cut water line to the water valve. CORRECTION: Cut off the bad part of the water line and reinstalled it with a new compression nut and sleeve and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Dryer is making a loud noise when tumbling. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected dryer barrel operation, operation normal. Inspected blower wheel for restrictions, no restrictions in or around blower wheel. Found dryer drum support rollers failed. CORRECTION: Replaced idle pulley, belt, rollers and motor pulley. Test unit. Test ok
CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is making noise CAUSE: Found dryer rollers and idler pulley wore down and making noise. CORRECTION: Replaced rollers and idler pulley and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports oven is not heating DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested for proper voltage from wall outlet to terminal block Voltage good. Tested voltage from terminal block to control, voltage good. Tested voltage from control to ignitor, voltage good. Found oven ignitor has electrical short. CORRECTION: Replaced ignitor and tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator not cooling but freezer is fine. CAUSE: Found ice built up on back wall and all around evaporator. Tested evaporator fan, thermistor and defrost bi-metal all passed. Refrigerator door left open at some point letting condensation in not allowing evaporator to defrost correctly. CORRECTION: Cleared all of the ice out of the refrigerator and let customer know to make sure doors are closed tightly every time. Tested refrigerator. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator seems to run all the time. CAUSE: Found condenser coils clogged with debris. CORRECTION: Clean condenser coils and tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports washer is not spinning or draining. CAUSE: Found washer lid switch failed. CORRECTION: Replaced lid switch and tested, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher is leaking water. CAUSE: Found dishwasher sump inlet failed. CORRECTION: Replaced sump inlet and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
